Important Note: For best import experience, import this file directly into CoinLedger without opening or editing the file on mobile or desktop. Opening the file prior to import may result in formatting issues that cause import failure.

Review the following videos for a step-by-step walkthrough on importing your Crypto.com file to our software, or view the individual steps below!

Video Guide - Short Version

NOTE: When selecting which wallet to download a transaction history from, please select crypto wallet. Selecting crypto wallet will include all of your transaction types, and is the most all-encompassing transaction history report Crypto.com offers.

Once you've downloaded the file from the Crypto.com app, please DO NOT open the file, and instead immediately import it into our software. As mentioned previously, opening the file before importing can cause it to fail.

Step-by-Step Import Instructions

Step 1:
Login to your Crypto.com account and click on Accounts button along the bottom bar and then Transaction History icon on the top right of the screen.

Step 2:
Click on the Export Icon on the top right of the Transaction History page.

Step 3:
Be sure to select CRYPTO WALLET only, which contains all your fiat and card transactions as well. Select the earliest Start Date you have transactions for and End Date which will contain your full trading history. Then click on Export to CSV.

Step 4:
Click on the Download button to download the CSV file to your phone. Please don't open the file in your phone. It may be easier to email the file to your computer to download and import into Coinledger.

You will receive a file in .csv format. Navigate to Step 1. Import. Select Add Account then choose the Crypto.com tab on CoinLedger. Click on Upload File and drag your CSV file into the box to import your transactions.
